NTA: Response to Unauthorized Web Browsing

So you discover that a non-descript end user has been consuming a considerable amount of bandwidth everyday by browsing to an entertainment website that somehow eluded all filters, lists, blocked sites, etc. The content of the website does violate your company's Acceptable Use Policy. What do you do with this information?
