I have a client who would like to add another network card to the orion server to reach a segregated subnet.
I am not aware that it can be done but I would like confirmation.

You certainly can, but you may also need to end up defining route(s) in windows to make sure Orion knows how how to access any subnets that it needs to get to through the extra nic.
