"Let us be thankful for the Computer PBCAKs. But for them the rest of us could not succeed."

  • The Princess Bride is one of the Best movies ever.  I once attended a day of training a long time ago in a galaxy far far away in a weird system called Texas, and they integrated the sales training into the movie.

I already loved the movie so the really intelligent way they intertwined the training was brilliant.  I have never been able to find reference to the training or materials since then.

  • Firewalls, We don't need no stinking Firewalls!

  • "SolarWinds Across the Universe!"  On the Front of the T-shirt.

"Boldly going forward 'cause we can't find reverse."  On the Back.

    or

SolarWinds could do an entire Marketing campaign or monthly mission around the "Star Trekkin' " featured on the Dr. Demento show and album in the US.

It would be good for December because the song is similar to the 12 Days of Christmas, in the way that each verse is added to the song as it goes along.

There could also be a number of shirts designed from each verse.

    Cartoon Video of the song:

  • No doubt someone would claim copyright infringement . . .

After all the hoopla about Axanar going too far and causing Paramount to slap them with a law suit for their planned new crowd-source-funded ($1M!!) production of Trek, it's become apparent that Trek fans had been given some leeway by Paramount to do fannish things to celebrate Star Trek, but once money was going to be made / spent, it crossed the line.

  • I thought abut that about halfway through doing this.  Nothing wrong with reaching an agreement with the IP holder's whoever they would be the songwriters?  Paramount?  It's on Dr. Demento's 20th Anniversary album which I assume he, the music writers and the initial person that wrote the lyrics were paid royalties.

  • Open World RPG ‘like’ Star Wars Game Shows Up on Kickstarter

Hasn't the new Star Wars movie already broken all box office records?

Isn't it a hotter/better IP than Star Treak?

    Just wondering.

    Take care,

    Jeff
