It seems like good customer service/support just keeps getting harder and harder to find...
Apparently I am not skilled enough in the art of proper feedback, as I thought the less an app works, then the lower the rating... PFFT... Stupid me!!
When I run across a company, such as the one that sent me that terrific response above, it really makes it easy to see the good ones from the bad.
Perhaps I am simply too accustomed to how easy SolarWinds and Thwack make it to have discussions with product managers and UX teams...
Oh well, at least I got a good screenshot to make me smile every once in a while... lol
