Virtualization Manager problem when running configuration Winzard

Environment

SAM IP Address 192.168.140.59

V-Center  : 192.168.140.5

Virtualization Manager : 192.168.140.33

on Virtualization Manager : When we click enable & Run now that pop up error show that " 192.168.140.5" cannot be connected using the configured credentials. Please validate the credentials and try again.

on License status & Setup show that Credentials status OK.

i can't do any more on next step . how i fix this issue.

    Are you using a domain login to connect to vCenter?  If so, you can try

    - providing the domain prefix\username in the user field. leave domain field empty

    - omit the domain prefix event if it's a domain account in the user field. leave domain field empty

    - user name in the username field and domain prefix in the domain field.

    I have seen some occasional "funnies" with domain accounts and vcenter
