I'd recommend opening a support case for this one.
Odd that it happened right after the licensing issue. Do you have the VM license checked in license manager for this Sybase instance?
Thank you for your response, all licenses are currently active and the Sybase instance is registered as well. I will go ahead and open a ticket, I just thought I would see if I was missing something obvious.
