This scenario usually happens when the server is taking time loading/getting the information from the database server. I would recommend clearing cache on the ContainerMemberSnapshots table on your database. Remember to back up your database first before making changes and performing the steps. Please follow the steps below in clearing the cache on the said database table.
1. Stop Orion Services
-Start, All Programs, SolarWinds Orion, Advanced Features, Orion Service Manager, and then click “Shutdown Everything”.
2. Open Database Manager
- Go to Start, All Program, SolarWinds Orion, Advanced Features, Database Manager.
- Click Add Default server to access your Database server.
- Right-click ContainerMemberSnapshots table and select Query Table.
- Type “Truncate Table [dbo].[ContainerMemberSnapshots]” and click on Execute Query button
3. Start Orion Services
-Start, All Programs, SolarWinds Orion, Advanced Features, Orion Service Manager, and then click “Start Everything”.
