I like to know if there is a way to add or embed troubleshooting notes within a network map. We use network maps that are displayed on overhead monitors. In the remote node section on the map, I have embedded icons for each system type. Clicking on the icon opens a topology map for that specific system. It is at this point that I would like an option to click on an icon on the map that would open a reference document. The document should be Windows word or Powerpoint format.
