id the device supports SNMP, you should be be able to monitor it (99% certain Avaya CM's are supported now). NPM will cover you for compute resource. VNQM doesn't do that on it's own.

The Avaya's I'm monitoring via SNMP in NPM don't show CPU or memory utilization by default. Not sure if you could use a custom poller to show them. I've not tried.

We were not receiving response from the AVAYA SNMP

btw, we're using avaya cm 6.3 and our NPM version is 11.5.2

If you can't access the Avaya using SNMP from NPM then you've got an issue somewhere. Either SNMP is not running on the Avaya correctly or there's a firewall or something like an access list in between the NPM and the Avaya.

I know now the issue.... we forgot to restart the Master Agent hehehehe..

And yes, you're correct i didn't see the memory and cpu utilization upon adding the list resources.. Anyhow, thank you very much!
