    Renewed license but still told it's expired


      We renewed all of our licensing last month. When I login to NPM, I see this:



      I click the link and I see this:



           If I click "I already paid" I'm taken to a web page that doesn't help much in fixing the problem. I run License Manager on the server where the ET is installed and it looks like "Engineer's Toolset V11.0 - Web ETS1" expired last month. When I check the box and Synchronize, it says it's updated but the date doesn't change.  I check on the Customer Portal and it says it's updated and installed as of today on the server from whence I checked.


      How do I get the software to recognize that we have paid and get rid of the nag and why is it so difficult to do?
