all interfaces are selected in basic alert manager

Hello,

i have a weird behavior in basic alert manager , i have a group that has specific interfaces are selected it was worked fine , but suddenly something went wrong , i notice that all interfaces are selected , and whenever i tried to deselect one and save the changes i found that all interfaces are selected again ! moreover clear all and select all buttons are not working !

so what is the problem ?!

why are you still using basic alert manager? why not advanced alert manager?

i use both , but the issue faced me on basic alert manager and on one group only .
i use it because it works fine since 2 years and it is much easier .

Have you set the "only apply alert to specific nodes" option or is it set to alert on all nodes..
Its a simple tick box, easily missed

where can i find this tick box ?!
please note it works fine for other groups , only one group that have this problem !

this for advanced alert manager, am using basic alert manager !
althoug i dont have this option in advanced alert manager !

Stop using Basic Alert Manager. That is the answer move the alert into the Advance Alert Manager, you have more options and it is easier.
I haven't even got the option of using Basic anymore.
