    Web Help Desk - enable auto-reply by database value

      Hi All,

       

      I am trying to enable Auto-Reply after working hours at 4:30pm and disable it again at 8:30am in Solarwinds Web Help Desk.

      Is it possible to do that through script by updating value(s) in Web Help Desk Postgres database?
