What interfaces to manage in NPM on Windows VMs?

When discovering Windows virtual machines on VMWare, there is a huge list of interfaces, for example...

I'm thinking of "unclicking" all interfaces except the Software Loopback and vmxnet3 Ethernet Adapters.  I don't see any reason to manage the other ones, they don't carry any traffic and seems like a waste of resource (and screen real estate) to discover and manage them.  Thoughts?

Is there a way to easily remove these for every device?  Could I delete the entries from Interfaces table in the NPM database?

Thanks
