Hmm... Try running the config wizard again and let it rebuilt the website...
Michael, A couple things I would try. First, go into your account and make sure that the NTA tab is not set to none. Also, for good measure, try a different account and see if it's also gone. Second, run the config wizard and check database, services and website and let it rebuild. DONT skip the website optimization.
