    Admin account that is NOT a tech; or can be a hidden tech.


      We have one account that we use to administer the Help Desk system. It is used only for changes made to the application; therefore, we do not ever want tickets to be assigned to this account. Is there a way to have an admin account that is not a tech, or a way to hide said tech from showing up in the assignment list??
