    Running reports that includes solution option selected in notes


      When you add a note to a ticket, there's an option to show that the information provided in the note was a solution. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to search solutions (or, maybe I'm not seeing it). Does anyone know if there's a way to either search or pull up a report for solutions for specific request types?
