Auditing what users made modifications to alerts

Anyone have a method to audit what users modified an alert, or possibly a change log?

Currently running NPM 11.5.2

If your alerts had thresholds that were a custom property rather than an absolute value, changes to that property would be captured automatically. Acknowledgement of alerts is captured automatically. But for anything else, nothing comes to mind.

The Audit Events report should show that information. There are several Alert related events that are listed in the AuditingActionTypes table of the database. Changes to alerts is one of them.

Message Center and look at your Audit Events! This will be it for your newer versions... having it web based makes the accountability reporting easier.
