    Subject line customization


      My approvers are tired of receiving 100 emails a day with essentially the same subject line:

      Ticket XX approved

      Ticket XX pending

      Ticket XX waiting

      Ticket XX . . .


      We have descriptive custom fields in our WHD (e.g. Customer Name, Issue Type). Being able to use these custom fields to start our email subject lines would be SOOOOO much more user friendly. e.g.:

      Customer Name ticket ## has been approved by APPROVER NAME


      However, WHD has limited the fields you can use in the subject line. There are only a few options, none of them are custom fields, and so your options are limited to rearranging the default subject lines.


      This is frustrating.
