Where do you house your system design documents?

So everyone has awesome documentation of all of their systems, right?

Where do you keep them so they stay alive and where admins will go to update them?

      Example of use:

If a new tech needed a password management tool they could go to this special place, type "password management" and would then they would be presented with our PM solution. (or solutions).

It could  present them with the URL for accessing the PM and also information like System Architecture, Maintenance Contact info, License Keys, etc.

We are thinking to keep the info inside Thycotic SecretServer...

System Center Service Manager has the options I think I am after but it is to cumbersome to setup and I do not think we are ready for it yet. Does anyone else have a suggestion?
