Can not obtain CPU and Memory information

Hello experts,

I am facing some issues about some devices that are not collecting CPU and Memory information, we have validate the communication, firewall and the SNMP connection, but we still obtain no information about them, we identify 3 different kinds of devices, Teldat, Fortinet and Tricom Switches.

Do you have any idea about what could be happen, any suggestion?
