IPAM group policy and default users?

I'm seeing three policies in the group policy root. IPAM_DC_NPS, IPAM_DHCP, IPAM_DNS. They are enabled. Are those added/configured by default I'm guessing? There is a user group in there too:  domainname\IPAMUG

Are those necessary? Can they be removed safely?

Orion Platform 2015.1.2, SAM 6.2.1, DPA 9.2.0, QoE 2.0, IPAM 4.3, NPM 11.5.2, PM 2.0, Storage 5.1.0, IVIM 2.1.0
