Report with variable Fieldname

I want to create a report with a variable, e.g. the customer ID. Under the web view I want to write the customer ID in a variable field and I get only the availability report of this nodes with the customer ID in the custom properties. Who has an idea?

This would be an excellent feature to add.
Adding a drop-down field select capability would be greatly appreciated and very useful for many users, I suspect.
