Permissions not displaying in SolarWinds permission analyser even though the user can access a folder

Permissions not displaying in SolarWinds permission analyser even though the user can access the folder through explorer. How can this be possible? I've checked to see if this is a isolated case but it's also true for a domain admin against a folder I know the domain admin account can open/modify/create ect.
