Windows Update Error 8024000E

I have a couple of workstations generating the error of 0x8024000E WU_E_XML_INVALID Windows Update Agent found invalid information in the update's XML data when running windows update.

Patch Manager reveals the error as the SUS agent is attempting to parse an update's XML blob and has encountered data that is invalid.
