Issues Upgrading Engineers Toolset from 10.9.1 to 11

Dear Team,

Please advice for upgrading Engineers Toolset from 10.9.1 to 11.X do I need to completely uninstall the previous version and perform the fresh installation of 11.X

I am getting the below message while installation, I tried to stop the required services but still no luck.

Complete un-install is not needed.
Did you try to close the service-tray integration first, wait a bit and then start the install?
