    Creating A New Ticket While On An Existing Ticket


      So this is a simple thing that I thought would be easy to find and figure out, but the lack of material concerning it makes me think that it simply isn't possible/present in the current version, but we recently updated to WHD 12.3.0 and have started to use the linking feature extensively. When we are on a ticket for a client that has been closed and have finished reviewing it and determined that we need to create a new ticket and want to link the old one, we need to go back to the previous section in order to select "New Ticket", search for the client again and then we're able to start the ticket creation/linking.


      Simply put, while on a ticket for a client, is there a way to create a new ticket for the same client without having to navigate away?
