DPA 9.2 monitoring SQL Server 2005

We have several database servers that are still running SQL Server 2005.  We were monitoring some of these with DPA version 9.0.150 and recently upgrade to DPA 9.2 when we added more licenses.  I tried to added another one of our 2005 servers, but am unable to use our normal procedure.  The screen where you enter the "Monitoring User" does not give any options to use a SQL Server Authenticated user as the monitoring user (which is what we have been doing).  It will allow me to use a Windows account.  Documentation for DPA 9.2 does not list SQL 2005 as a supported version.  Is there any way to use a SQL Server authenticated user as the monitoring user on SQL 2005 databases?
