    Alert Central was unable to process your response

      Hi,

      No matter what action I choose in Alert Central email such as "Acknowledge" "Refuse" "Close" even email validation, Alert Central reply an email with "Alert Central was unable to process your response"

       

      Does anyone know how to fix it please???
