High Signals Waits %, low VM CPU Ready time

      Hello,

I am a little confused on the above two mentioned charts in the resources tab of DPA.  The signal waits dialog box states that it is the percentage of total waits that are runnable and waiting on an available cpu.  The CPU ready dialog box states that it is the percent of time that the virtual machine was in a "ready to run" state, but could not get scheduled to run on the physical cpu.

So how can my signal waits be in a critical state and my cpu ready be virtually 0?  Obviously, I am missing something.

      Any clarification will be appreciated.

      thanks!!
