We have setup Parent/Child Dependencies for our sites, the Parent is our router with the Polling time set to 60 seconds, Child is our group with switches, access points, & etc that has polling time set for 120 seconds. Whenever the Parent goes down, we only receive an alert ticket for the router instead of several tickets for the Child Group. However, since we have upgraded to the 11.5 version, none of the dependencies are working properly. If a Parent goes down, NPM doesn't show that the device is down under the groups section or it comes back up, but now it's in a pausing state. These devices will stay this way until we have to manually push or change their state. The parents sites aren't flapping which would make sense for the paused state since we have that feature setup. Before we upgraded, the devices would go into the proper state within a few minutes whether it was up or down.
