Getting alerts while IP Monitor Server is being rebooted

Hi

I have just upgraded to IP Monitor 10.6 from IP Monitor 10

After suspending all the alerts  to reboot the server IP Monitor is running on, I get random alerts as soon as the server is rebooted and back online.

The status of the alerts are as follows

1. status: Could not obtain an IP address for the remote device

2. status: The RPC server is unavailable; oserror: 0x6ba

The get alerted for service being down and then straight after service is back up.

All I would like to do is when I suspend the alerts to reboot the IP Monitor server, I don't want to receive any alerts.

What could be the possible reasons for this to happen. This never used to happen in v10.
