    Cannot search AD in Alert Central

      I am having an issue with the ability to import users from AD in Alert Central. I fond that the only search term that brings any result is the asterisk. If I try to search using any letters, or a combination of letters and an asterisk, the search will not actually execute at all. Is this a bug, or am I missing something about the way I am doing this? And yes, the account I am using is a domain admin since I can get results using the asterisk.

       

      Any help would be appreciated since we are in a holding pattern with our setup of Alert Central. Thank you.
