Netflow tool requires Admin access to run

Hello,

We've just purchased the Engineer's Toolset 11 for one of our Network Engineers to test out.  In the course of his testing he has discovered that the Netflow Real-time Tool pops up the UAC.  We've tried various accounts but the only ones that work are accouns with Local admin rights.  We are running WInows 7 Professional no SP1.  Does anyone know why this tool brings the UAC and why it needs Local Admin rights to run?
