Nothing in the License Manager said it would take over a few minutes to merge licenses. Now I have NONE of my VERY EXPENSIVE Engineer Toolset installations available for use since I unlicenced them to merge the licenses.
I did the merge process 24 hours ago. I assumed it would be some automatic process; I found it opened a support ticket and I am STILL WAITING!
I pay a lot of money for this product in yearly support and this is what I get - an unusable product?
did support got back to you please already and resolved the issue? If not, can you please send me direct email to email@example.com, with you SWID included, so I can escalate your case?
