How to tell IPAM to ignore a group of addresses within a subnet?

We are running IPAM 4.3 and we are nearing our licensed maximum.  We are tracking all our dhcp scopes within our subnets but we don't want to be as it uses up a large amount of addresses and we never tracked those before, however we do want to track the first 10 or 15 addresses in each subnet.

Is there anyway to tell IPAM to ignore addresses .30 - .254 in each subnet or is that not possible without dhcp scope management turned on?
