I'm having an issue where some of my clients are unable to login to their WHD account.
The user calls and states they cannot login due to too many attempts.
I go into the client setup and mark them as active again.
I try again to login as the user with no success. I have tried on their machine as well as mine. (I can login as me)
I can also login as ANOTHER user on their machine. I verified they are no longer inactive or disabled. I even reset their passwords on Client setup.
Not sure what else to look at.

Oh and We use LDAP..
Are you using one or multiple LDAP servers? Do those users have something in common like department, membership in LDAP group, time of joining company etc.?
Do you something in logs regarding LDAP authentication? Do you see LDAP request being sent over network to LDAP server?
I would just recommend to go to our support (via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds) right away, so we can have them look into it asap.
