IPAM training videos links broken

Hi,

I recently stood up an IPAM server for my environment, and am trying to learn more about the product. I usally find the best resources for training via my Orion Settings (admin > in-product training) page, where I have tied my support account. However it appears that all of the IPAM video links are broken except the first one listed:

Thoughts? Are these being updated? I tried checking both in Chrome and IE 11.

Also, when you say the links are broken, does it mean that the videos/PDFs are not loading or that the links are just not working altogether?

Links are not working altogether. Loads a blank white page in both Chrome and IE 11

Hi Danielle,
We checked the links you pointed out, and they're live and should be working just fine.
Here's some of the links directly, can you check if they match the links you're seeing? If they don't, hold SHIFT + F5 or CTRL +F5 to clear the browser cache and reload the page.

If you are still having trouble with loading the links, make sure these sites have been added to your 'Trusted Zone' in your browser, and check for DNS/firewall issues that could be blocking access to these sites.

The pdf links work fine now, but the video does not... I get a 500 internal server error.

I have cleaned out and factory reset both browsers (ie and chrome) and deleted cache/cookies.

Hi Danielle,
That's interesting - I can click on that link and view the video. If you're seeing a blank page when you click this link, I believe I may have seen this before - try this:
If you're using Chrome, you might see a little shield icon appear on the very right of the address bar
Right click this shield and choose 'load unsafe scripts'.
If you're using IE, you might see a pop-up notification appear at the end of the screen.
Make sure you click "Show All Content"
You should be able to see the video player appear on the page now.
