We are evaluating SW to determine how we can use it to integrate with an external ITSM tool.
We wanted to use the REST POST alert action to push data into an incident ticket in the ITSM tool
However, it only appears to allow for http and not https.
Practically speaking, this means we can’t include header values in the REST POST alert action.
Can someone point us in the right direction to see if this is possible? It seems strange that the REST POST in SW doesn’t allow us to include header values.
