Problem with transaction that failes without any failed steps

I have a problem there i have a transaction that failes but no step has failed, it has done 2 steps of 9 and the rest gets out grayed, as failed message i got "COM object that has been separated from its underlying RCW cannot be used." someone that have the same problem or know a solution to the problem?

It seems that playback crashed in the middle of transaction. What version of WPM do you have? Latest one is WPM 2.2. If you are not on latest I suggest to upgrade. If you are using latest version open a support ticket so that we can look into it.

We use WPM 2.2 and the agent version is 2.2.0.297. I have open a support ticket with ID #815762

What I have done is that I have fixed so that the player only can play one transaction at a time and I think that I also reinstalled the agent. As it is now we don't have the problem anymore.

I recently noticed the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" popping up on a handful of down transactions. It usually is taken care of after the next poll. Does anyone know why this one would be showing up?

Actually, I mean when during the process, and can you provide any screenshots or log data? Also, have you opened a support ticket for this?

It looks like it happens when it tries to run, not specifically on any steps. I don't have any screenshots from the Orion Web Console since it clears up once it recovers, but it would show that message under the reported error field.
