I haven't seen any alerts come into and out of Alert Central since May 16th. There hasn't been any changes to the environment around that time due to a company wide change freeze. I've rebooted my Orion servers and Alert Central appliance and nothing is working. The last time this happened I ended up deleting the NPM and SAM entries in Alert Central and recreated them exactly the same. This is way too time consuming to do. I need help ASAP. Also I thought there was a way to open a ticket for Alert Central on Thwack since Orion doesn't support it per Orion support?
Have you checked for delivery failures in the subscriptions table on the Orion server database?
