G'Day,
I was brought into the SolarWinds world some time after it was originally installed & configured here. I have noticed that, even if I don't have a trigger action that logs the alert to the NetPerfMon event log, an entry gets made, and shows up on the alert console, anyway. Most of the time, that's fine. However, I have a group of DBAs who refuse to acknowledge their alerts. I need to be able to send the email, as currently configured, but not put up an alert on the Operations console. I have looked and looked, and found nothing specific to this.
