Is there a way to have a report run not on a schedule, but when an alert threshold is reached? For example, if I have a report that lists the blocking queries on an instance at any given point in time, is there a way to execute that instead of just the generic blocked sessions alert? Being able to see in an email what exactly is being blocked would be far more helpful than just seeing the number of blocked sessions.
