Java version 8u45 Invalid the file that does not match the name

Hi guys

i was trying to publish the new version Java 8u45 32bit offline version

but when i import the file is show

Invalid

The file that was selected does not match the name in the package

select another file that matches

have you guys experience any similar case?

daveng , I managed to find a workaround - cancel the pop up box to upload the file, accept the warning. On the next screen you are able to click on the browse button and show it where to find it.

they just revised 8u45 on the 6th which caused an infinite install loop and then just revised it again today the 7th. Delete any approved update if you already have 8u45 and then publish 8u45 and get a new download, dont try and use a previously downloaded version of 8u45.

I declined the original packages I had published (but not approved), downloaded new source files from Oracle, published the new 8u45 packages and when I try to import the source files I downloaded I still get "The file that was selected does not match the name in the package..." error. Fortunately we are not deploying JRE8 yet.

right but is that 8u45 x64, 8u45 x86, 8u45 x86 for x64, 8u45 x86 (upgrade), 8u45 x64 (upgrade)

Ok so im assuming that you guys are going to publish the new package but still importing the old source file. You need to delete the Java download for 8u45 and download a brand new copy from Java to import when you are trying to publish the updated Java package.
