This is actually a known issue with the WHD 12.3 RC (Beta Version) and can be fixed by installing the following:
Read the README inside the zip file.

It didn’t initially. But what we had to do was rerun the installation program, and do a REPAIR. Unsure why. This took seconds, and didn’t lose any data.
If in doubt, email Tech Support. They will remote on, and do it for you.
Do it first, and check the change in the System Information area it should change to “12.3.0 - Build #126.96.36.1992-416175”
