Here's an issue: the ticket system gets and sends letters, and we'd like to monitor the process to know when it stops mailing.
I assume that Alert Central can manage alerts, and if it's correct, then my question is: can a trigger be made in AC like "there were no letter for the past 30 minutes, we're in trouble"?
If yes, please, tell me how.
p.s. we have npm, sam, wpm etc, but AC isn't currently installed in our system: we are now trying to understand if it would match our tasks.
