    Email name autofill not always functional




      I am experiencing and issue where the email username autofill does not always function when typing in the user name in the cc: field.  It works consistently when logged in as a tech, however, it is unable to find certain users when logged in as a client.  I have re-run the AD LDAP synch, but still have the issue, but only with certain client names.  I am unable to correlate this with the client record or AD group membership.


      Any help or clues would be appreciated.
