I recently took over as IT manager for my client, in the notes the previous manager left it mentioned that if the password for one of the FTP site profiles is changed it can cause the scheduler to stop working - but he never said how you fix it. Every 3 months I have to change the password for one of the FTPs and this time around it broke the scheduler as he threatened it could. Between me and colleagues we've reinstalled the software, created new site profiles and new scheduled tasks, but every time the same thing happens. Bizarrely, the site profile connects and works fine, but it is like the scheduler isn't refreshing its details. We've exhausted options in trying to fix this and support appears to be extremely limited - does anyone have any ideas, please?
Hi gromatron, what you're describing is similar to a case we have reported to us, but i'm hoping you can confirm what version of the FTP client you're currently working with just to help me narrow things down.
