Created a new, shared Bulk Action. Selected a ticket and attempted to use the new Bulk Action, but the "Play" button and "Edit" pencil are inactive. The "+" button to create a new bulk action does still work, subsequently allowing me to create many bulk actions without being able to use, edit, or delete them.
Behavior exhibited in Firefox and IE with multiple admin and non-admin techs. No difference between shared and unshared bulk actions.
Bulk actions function worked as recently as two weeks ago.
