Morning/Evening/Aftternoon Global Thwackers!
Hopefully a simply question, this:
In a fully Exchange Online environment, has anyone got a 'SHARED' or 'RESOURCE' mailbox to work with Alert Central, or is the best practice to go with a full user mailbox (and hence pay for a separate license)? Since Exchange Online is reportedly somewhat less flexible in allowing IMAP/POP3 to anything other than a user mailbox than I'd like, it's looking like I don't have a choice but to pay for the additional user.
However, if anyone pass on the benefit of experience with Exchange Online and Alert Central, it'd save me some test/dev time
