Can someone point out what is going on here? When I access the 'alerts' page (version 10.7) I get the following:
This is all good. It shows the most recent alerts etc. The problem is, we are getting email alerts for different items that have gone down and they are not appearing in this list and I don't understand why. Also the drop down option ' Filter Devices ', only shows a fraction of how many devices we actually have added to solarwinds. Surely this should have every device added?
Any ideas would be helpful. I'm not sure if there is some configuration issues on our part or if there is something up. We would like to start using this page to check on previous alerts etc. but it doesn't seem to show all the information.
